If its happening with only one application, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and check.-
You can always check with the specific applications customer support team
- Is it happening with all applications
- Reset from the settings
> Roku TV >> Go to settings >> Go to system >> Go to advance settings and perform a factory reset, check if that works.
> Non Roku >> Go to Menu >> Go to options >> Select Reset and check if that works.
> Roku TV paper clip reset >> Using a straightened paper clip or ball-point pen, press and hold the recessed RESET button on the TV connector panel
>> Continue to hold the RESET button for approximately 12 seconds. When the reset cycle completes, the status indicator comes on dim. >>Release the RESET button. The TV is now powered off. Turn on the TV and check if the issue is fixed.
- Unplug the TV from the wall socket and hold the POWER button on the TV for 30 seconds.
- Plug the TV back in and check if it works fine
