Symptoms:
External speakers or soundbar volume seems low even at maximum level
Steps to Resolve:
Verify TV Audio Output
Roku: Settings → Audio → HDMI → select Auto (Dolby D, DTS)
Non-Roku: Menu → Sound → Digital Audio Format → PCM or Bitstream
Check Soundbar Input Volume
Ensure the soundbar/receiver input is set to HDMI ARC or Optical and volume is not limited.
Disable TV Volume Limiters
Menu → Audio → Advanced → turn Volume Limiter OFF.
Try Another Source
Test with another streaming app or input to confirm if issue persists across all sources.
